Sonya Dreizler, founder of Solutions With Sonya, helps financial firms drive successful rollout and adoption of Impact Investing, SRI, & ESG solutions. She is an expert in Impact Investing and writes Connected Investing, a popular weekly educational newsletter covering the latest developments in Impact and ESG investing.

Sonya was interested in impact investing before it had a name. Growing up with a father who was one of the first socially responsible investment advisors and a mother who was an entrepreneur, she has always championed the idea that businesses can and should benefit the communities they serve.

A former financial services CEO with 15 years experience, she is also a Certified Financial Planner™. She began her career as an Executive Assistant at Protected Investors of America and, over many years, rose to the role of CEO.

She serves on the advisory board of the Investment News Women Adviser Summit and informally advises a number of other financial services conferences and organizations.

Sonya is Board Chair of CUESA, a sustainable agriculture non-profit. She earned her BA from UCLA in English Literature and speaks fluent Spanish. Sonya lives in San Francisco with her husband and their two sons. She enjoys traveling with her family, weightlifting, and shopping and cooking from the farmers market.
