A native of Denmark, Lotte has lived in San Francisco and Marin for 25 years.  A partner at McGuire Real Estate, she has deep personal and professional knowledge of the property investment landscape in California, and especially in the Bay Area.

In addition to working with clients, Lotte has invested in her own portfolio of rental properties in both Southern and Northern California, as well as a special property in her home city of Copenhagen. She believes that real estate investing is distinctly different from home buying and is passionate about sharing her knowledge with women seeking diversity in their investment portfolios.

Lotte sits on the board of the Challenged Athletes Foundation.  A mother of three, she lives in Mill Valley with her husband and is an avid runner and road cyclist.
